| Abstract: | On the condition that the external environments of the state owned enterprises are roughly the same, only by grasping the key point, that is, to exploit and utilize the human resource, and to strengthen the internal management of the enterprise, can we activate the enterprise and keep its economic proceeds being on increase, therefore the enterprise will never be defeated in the hard market competition. |
