| Abstract: | The serious fluctuating of steel price is described in this paper, and the harm caused by the fluctuating is analyzed as well. Then some price risk avoiding tools such as electronic forward contract of steel, steel future, steel option and steel future option are introduced before analyzing the applicability of these tools. At last the paper discussed the development of steel price risk avoiding tools. |
