| 摘 要： | 我国人口老龄化具有老年人口规模大、老龄化速度快;人口老龄化与经济发展不同步、未富先老;老龄人口分布不均等特点。由此带来的经济和社会道德等方面的问题影响着社会的发展。把握好“人口红利”黄金期,完善养老保障制度,合理开发利用老年人力资源,是缓解人口老龄化对经济和社会发展不利影响的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Aging of population has some features in china, such as the great scale of old people, fast increase, which are not equal to the economic development and well-distributed. The features influence the social development in economic and social morality. The solution to the problems is seizing the population opportunity, perfecting old people's social security system, developing and using the old human resources. |
