| 摘 要： | 上市公司的可持续发展问题不仅涉及到上市公司自身的健康成长,而且直接影响到资本市场的稳定与发展.作为影响企业可持续发展的因素之一,企业多元化和专业化经营究竟孰优孰劣,业界一直争论不休.研究多元化与可持续发展能力的关系对于上市公司选择合理的经营模式,实现可持续发展具有重要的战略意义.

| Abstract: | The listed companies' sustainable development is not only involved with the healthy growth of them,but also affects the stability and the development of the capital market directly.As one of the factors that affect the enterprise' sustainable development,it has not reached a conclusion that which is better for the enterprise's development between diversification and specialization.Research on the relationship between the diversification and sustainable development is very important for the listed companies to choose the reasonable operation model and realize the sustainable development. |
