我国粮食物流体系建设中的问题与对策分析

粮食物流体系的建设是实现粮食物流安全、经济、高效、合理、运作的基础。目前，我国粮食物流体系的建设主要存在物流体系建设与市场化运作之间差距较大、运行缺乏必要的集中统一、体系规划决策缺乏科学的依据等问题。文章认为。我国粮食物流体系的建设应推行“四散”化的粮食物流模式：做好粮食储运设施的选址与建设：加大粮食物流技术的研发．实现粮食物流运作科学化、标准化；把握好粮食流向．实行经济合理运输；抓好粮食物流信息系统建设．构建一个协调、高效、低耗的粮食流通体系。
