影响联盟治理结构选择的因素分析

虽然过去二十年中战略联盟得到了迅猛发展,但是联盟高度的不稳定性导致其失败率极高.多数联盟失败都与不恰当的联盟治理和管理问题有关,因此管理者应该考虑的首要问题就是如何选择恰当的联盟治理结构.本文以交易成本理论为基础,将资源观和社会网络理论引入联盟治理结构的选择体系,并构建了系统的理论框架,从而帮助管理者更好地理解联盟治理结构.

Analysis on Factors Affecting the Choice of Alliances Governance Structure

Despite the explosion of strategic alliance activities in the past two decades, they still face a high incidence of instability such that the failure rates are extremely high. Most failures are related to inappropriate governance and collaboration management, so the first important issue for managers to consider is to choose the appropriate governance structure when they decide to enter an alliance. Based on the perspectives of TCE, this paper introduces RBV and theory of social network into the choice of governance structure, and develops a systematic theoretical framework for better understanding the governance structure of alliance.
