| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物.纵观世界发达国家老龄化历程和应对实践,可获得不少启示.结合现阶段我国老龄化的现状及基本特点,从应对老龄化的关键环节———战略、资金、体系、人才四个方面了解我国养老服务业发展存在的主要问题,在对策建议上应侧重建立政府主导、社会各方面力量共同参与的多元化、多层次养老服务体系,以加快我国养老服务业的健康持续发展.
