| Abstract: | The evolution process of the citizen right in the Chinese four-part constitution and its revision bill and fulfillment are taken into comb with the comment.It finds that in our country,not only basic right item of the constitution is perfect day by day,and the real constitution right that citizen possess is also gradually true and abundant. |
