摘    要:中国饮食享誉世界,饮食文化更是源远流长,有些习俗、食品、制作方法至今仍被人们所用,但有些却因时间的流逝而被人们渐渐忘却,八珍便是其中之一。那么,何为八珍?八珍的历史变革?本文主要从这两个方向对八珍进行解析。

Abstract:Chinese cuisine is world-renowned,food culture has a long history,and some customs,food,production methods are still used by people.But some have been gradually forgotten because of the passage of time,and "Bazhen" is one of them.So,what is Bazhen? How about the Bazhen historical change? This article focuses on discussing the two directions.
