劳务派遣企业的运营模式分析

我国的劳务派遣经济是一个新的商机,发展迅速,潜力巨大,同时又存在竞争无序、缺乏规范等问题。本文从劳务派遣企业产生的背景出发,分析了目前我国劳务派遣企业的现状,指出企业运营过程中存在的主要问题,并通过对代理式和包干式两种劳动派遣运营模式的对比分析,提出劳务派遣企业市场化运营的解决方案。

Laborer sending enterprise's operation mode analysis

China's economic dispatch services is a new business opportunities.It has developed rapidly and has great potential.Meanwhile,there are a serial of problems such as economic models disorderly competition,the lack of standards and other issues.This paper starts from the background of the labor sending enterprises,analyzing the current situation of the labor sending enterprises,and then points out the main problems of the operation process.Finally this issue proposes the Business Enterprise solutions under the labor market through comparing and analyzing of both business models: Acting labor-sending mode and Responsible for labor-sending mode.
