| 摘 要： | 本文给出了受教育程度不同带来收入水平不均等程度的计算方法,分析了我国受教育程度与收入水平的关系,设计了不同学历水平人数发生变化后基尼系数的变化情况,重点分析了财政教育支出的总量不足和支出结构不合理的问题,支出结构不合理包括:对义务教育支出力度小于非义务教育、对农村义务教育的支出力度小于城镇义务教育、对经济欠发达地区教育支出力度小于经济发达地区.本文针对这些问题提出了改进财政教育支出的一些政策建议.
