| 摘 要： | 分析和评价了烟台市水资源的总量、相对量、时空特性和开发利用现状。指出了存在的四大主要问题。预测了烟台市2005年，2015年缺水的最低量分别是5678万m^3和33528万m^3；从政策、开源节流和水资源的保护与管理等方面提出了持续开发利用的对策。

| Abstract: | The overall amount and relative amount. the feature of time and space distribution and the present. condition of opening and use of the water resources of Yantai city are analysed and evaluated. Four existed major problems are pointed out and the minimal amounts of shortage of water in 2005 and in 2015 are also estimated and they are respetively 56,780,000m3 335.280.000m3. And then the countermeasures of persistent opening and use of water resource are put forward in policy. the opening and being thrify with water. the protection and management of water resources. |
