| 摘 要： | 本文从五个方面对内蒙古元宝山发电有限责任公司600MW机组锅炉高温过热器爆管原因进行了详细分析，结果发现管材球化是造成爆管的首要原因，并有针对性地提出了改进方案，改造后锅炉运作可靠性大大提高，取得了很好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the reasons of high temperature superheater tube explosion of the 600MW unit boiler in Inner Mongolia Yuanbaoshan Power Generation Co., Ltd. and finds out that pipe balling is the main cause of tube explosion. Improvement measures are given accordingly. After the improvement, the boiler operation reliability is greatly improved and good economic benefit is obtained. |
