浅析核电项目审批和行政许可阶段的进度控制

本文在借鉴国内外相关研究的基础上,深入研究我国核电项目审批和行政许可阶段的工作内容。根据该阶段工作特点,创立"阶梯法"模型。本文期望通过实现核电建设项目该时期的工作进度控制,进一步提升我国核电建设项目管理水平,保证核电项目经济性和安全性,促进我国核电项目更好的发展。

Analysis of Schedule Control at the Stage of Project Examination and Approval and Administrative Permission of Nuclear Power Plant

Based on the domestic and foreign research, this paper deeply studies the work Contents of China＇s nuclear power project approval and administrative license. According to the feature of each phase, we create the ＂laddering＂ model. By realizing the schedule control of the phase in nuclear power project in this paper, we hope to further enhance the level of China~s nuclear power construction project managements, ensure the economic and security of nuclear power projects and better promoted nuclear power projects.
