中药-微磁场-热辐射耦合健身理论及其应用

摘    要:人体穴位与经络是中医理论的核心问题,激发穴位经脉活性是人体保健的重要科学途径。着眼于人体头部、腰部和脚底的众多穴位,初步构建了中药-微磁场-热辐射耦合健身理论(MMT耦合健身理论),包括四方面内容,即1)根据穴位设定保健区,2)研发具有保健功能的中药,3)轻度加热保健区,和4)构建保健区之间的微磁场;基于MMT耦合健身理论,研发了"复合健身鞋垫"、"一种保健腰带"和"外用治疗高血压的复方药物"三种健身产品。研究成果对于推动人体保健科学研究及应用具有积极意义。

The Chinese Medicine-Micro-Magnetic Field-Thermal Radiation Coupling Fitness Theory and Its Application

Abstract:Acupoints and meidians in human body are core problems of traditional Chinese medicine theory. It is one important scientifical method to trigger the activities of acupoints in human heath. Paying attention to acupoints in head, waist and foot, the Chinese medicine - micro-magnetic field - thermal radiation coupling fitness theory is established in this paper, abbr. MMT coupling fitness theory, which includes four aspects, one is to set fitness position in views of acupoints, the second is to develop Chinese medicines with health function, the third is to heat fitness position slightly, and the forth constructs micro-magnetic field among fitness positions. On the basis of the MMT coupling fitness theory, three heath products hade been developed, i.e., the compound fitness shoe-pad, one fitness waistband and the external compound medicine to treat high blood pressure (HBP). The results have a positive value to prompt studies and applications for human bodv heath.
