| Abstract: | Corporate culture is the soul of the corporate. Employee＇s high happiness index is closely related to the six functions of corporate culture： guidance, restriction, encouragement, cohesiveness, coordination and radiation. Through culture guidance, psychological care and other measures, the humanistic care atmosphere can be deepened and the employees will have better sense of belonging. Thus the function of corporate culture can have deep roots. |
