摘    要:目前直埋蒸汽保温管道的应用越来越广泛,本文针对直埋蒸汽管道隔热环绝热材料的选用作了相应的分析。首先介绍了隔热环的设置、作用和技术要求,其次对隔热环绝热材料的选用进行了分析比较,并分别介绍了耐高温隔热钢、石棉橡胶、纳米绝热材料和普通石棉板这四种绝热材料的性能和优缺点。

Abstract:The directly buried steam insulation pipeline is widely used at present. This article analyzes the material selection of the heat insulation ring of directly buried steam pipeline. First, the setting, function and technical requirement of heat insulation ring are introduced. Then different materials for heat insulation ring are compared and analyzed. The features and advantages & disadvantages of high temperature resistant insulation steel, asbestos rubber, nanometer thermal insulation material and ordinary asbestos board are introduced respectively.
