探索护理专业学生素质提升行动的培养模式

随着人类生活水平不断提高,病人对临床治疗与护理的要求也越来越高,这就相应的要求护理模式必须进行改变。在新时期,新的医学模式下,护理专业学生(下文简称护生)为了能更好的适应以后的临床护理工作,除了要有过硬的护理理论知识与娴熟的操作技术外,还应具备先进的护理理念与综合的人文素质,并且要积极应用于护理实践中。为了探索护理专学生业素质提升行动的培养模式,本文展开了相关探讨,结合教育教学提出了多种形式的德育教育,以此全面提升学生思想素质道德,并且开展多层次的文化教育,以此来提高护生的科学文化素质,同时对护生进行多方面能力培养与训练,提高他们的业务素质,加强他们的实践能力培训,提升他们的行动能力。通过本文的分析与探讨,希望对护生的发展有一定的帮助。

With the unceasing enhancement of human life level, the reqiairement of the patient is becoming higher to clinical treatment and nursing, so the nursing mode must be changed. In the new era, under the new medical model, nursing students, in order to better adapt to the future clinical nursing work, they not only should have a good nursing theory knowledge and skiUed operation skills, but also should have advanced nursing concept and comprehensive cultural quality, and they should actively use them in nursing practice. In order to explore the training mode of nursing students＂ quality promotion action, this article takes related discussion, combined with the education teaching, it puts forward various forms of moral education, so as to improve students＂ ideological moral quality, conduct multi-level culture education, and improve the scientific and cultural quality of nursing students, at the same time develops various ability cultivation and training for nursing students to improve their professional quality, strengthen their practical ability training and improve their action ability. Through analysis and discussion, this article hopes to have certain help to the development of nursing students.
