无底柱分段崩落法采场结构参数确定探讨

摘    要:无底柱分段崩落法是我国地下矿山采矿方法的发展方向之一。通过放矿理论分析,大间距和高分段结构形式是放矿效果最优的两种形式,结合我国矿山设备现状,大间距结构形式是我国无底柱分段崩落法的发展方向。通过对无底柱分段崩落法采场结构参数影响因素的分析,指出了确定结构参数应综合考虑矿体赋存状态、矿山凿岩、出矿设备以及采场地压等因素的影响,以使结构参数最优化,确保矿山安全、高效生产。

Study on Structure Parameter Optimization of Non-Pillar Sublevei Caving

Abstract:The non-pillar sublevel caving is a way of the underground mining methods in China's underground mines. By the drawing theoretical analysis, there are the best results in the form of drawing, which are the high sublevel form and the large space form. On the base of China's mining equipment status, the large space parameter form is the orientation of non-pillar caving development. By the analysis of the structure parameters" impact, determining the structure parameters, some factors must be considered, such as the formation of orebody, the rock-drilling equipment and digging equipment,and ground pressure, etc., which may make the structure parameters become optimization and ensure the mine safe and efficient production.
