Hydropower station is the comprehensive engineering facility that turns water into electrical energy, nowadays, many hydropower stations not only have power function, but also have the functions of flood control, flood discharge, shipping, irrigation, aquaculture, and so on. With the increase of social electricity consumption and the development of science and technology, part of the hydropower stations and integrated automation level have been difficult to meet the current needs. In order to change this situation, we must upgrade the existing hydropower station construction, and improve their ability of electric power production and automation, so as to meet the new demand of economic development and people＇s life in China.
