浅谈焦化备煤与出焦过程控制系统的设计与实现

完善的备煤系统是进行焦化生产的前提,其中生产过程中配合煤料是炼焦的主要原料。在出焦之后需要通过筛焦系统把焦炭块分为一些规格和用途都不尽相同的产品,再通过除尘系统保障无污染生产。本文分析了备煤,出焦过程中控制系统的研究现状,控制系统整体的设计方法,系统的硬件配置以及监控系统功能几个方面,最终实现生产过程中的自动化。

The Design and Implementation of Control System of Coking Coal Preparation and Coke Out

Impeccable coking coal preparation system is the prerequisite for coke production, cooperating with the coal material in production process is the main raw material of coking. After the out of coke, these coke briquettes need ＂to be divided into a number of products that specifications and uses are totally different through the sieve focal system, and then ensured pollution-free production through the dust removal system. This paper analyzes the research situation about the control system of coal preparation and coke process, the design method of overall control system, the hardware configuration of system and the system functions of monitoring, ultimately achieves the automation of the production process.
