浅析苏州导游服务外包的发展

On the Development of Suzhou Tour Guide Service Outsourcing

With the rapid development of China＇s economy and the more and more delicate professional division of labor, service outsourcing is becoming the important means of many enterprises to deal with environmental changes and improve competitiveness. In the present domestic tourism development, there are many problems in the management of tour guide, which not only affects the image of tour guide but also leads to drop of tourism service quality, serious brain drain and low quality of tor guide. The author thinks that the management and operation of tour guide outsoureing mode can effectively avoid these problems. For tourism college students, tour guide service outsoureing means to outsource some or all of the internship tour guide service work to the professional tour guide service companies so that the travel agency can focus on team management.
