摘    要:企业文化务虚求实,是提升企业核心竞争力的源动力,集中体现企业软实力,是企业长治久安的保障基础。随着现代经济的发展,企业间的竞争已由简单的产品竞争转向深层次的理念平台的竞争。建设统一的优秀企业文化是实施集团化运作、推进公司发展再上新台阶的客观需要,更是建设"一强三优"现代电力企业的根本保障。

Abstract:Enterprise culture, which reflects the soft power of enterprise, is the driving force of improving core competitiveness, and the foundation of stability of enterprises. With the development of modem economy, the competition between enterprises has been developed from the simple product competition to the deep concept platform. The construction of excellent enterprise culture is the objective need of implementing collectivizing operation and promoting the development of the company to a new level, and is the fundamental guarantee of constructing modem electric power enterprise.
