| 摘 要： | 通过对我国煤产地的可持续发展能力进行综合评价和分类,发现我国煤炭资源富集地区并没有因为丰富的资源而繁荣,反而这些地区的生态环境水平更加恶化,即"资源的诅咒"在此得以验证,并对此问题提出对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Through our study on coal district sustainable development ability of comprehensive evaluation and classification, we found that China＇s coal resources enrichment area was not the rich resources and prosperous. Instead of worsening ecological environment leval in these areas, namely the＂resource curse＂in this, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on this problem. |
