| Abstract: | Based on the definition of the concept of regional economic sustainable development dynamic mechanism in Heilongjiang, the dynamic factors and the function mechanism of the factors are analyzed in depth. And based on this, countermeasures for Heilongjiang＇s regional economic sustainable development are put forward. |
