| 摘 要： | 本文以培养应用型人才为前提,在工程估价课程教学中引入了"项目导入法",该方法是把实际的工程案例贯穿整个工程估价理论教学过程,以编制施工图预算的步骤引出所需的相关理论知识,最终完成一份完整的施工图预算。本文详细阐述了该方法的实施步骤并总结了实施该方法需注意的一些问题。

| Abstract: | On the premise of cultivating applied talents, this article introduces ＇project leading-in method in engineering appraisal course teaching. This method takes actual project cases into teaching process of engineering appraisal course. According to the steps of construction drawing budget, then leads to the relevant theoretical knowledge required. This paper expounds the implementing steps of this method and summarizes the related problems. |
