| Abstract: | This paper summarized the building conditions and a variety of technology transfer models of technology transfer institutions, introduced the practice doing for promoting the collaborative development of technology transfer institutions, and looked into the technology transfer work from the perspective of the government guidance, technical broker team construction and enterprise innovation. |
