| Abstract: | The article is on the basis of introducing the composition and working principle of global positioning system GPS, summarizes the characteristics of GPS technology, states the application of GPS measurement technology in governance first-stage project of Yongding new river, the examples prove that the GPS measurement technology can further be taken popularization and application in water conservancy engineering survey. |
