摘 要: | ABC管理法广泛地应用于社会、经济等各个领域。由于市场形势的变化,我国电力企业面临多方面的竞争,电力营销的地位日益突出。本文探讨了ABC管理法在电力营销中的应用,采用市场贡献率和盈利贡献率指标将客户分为A、B、C三类,对不同类的客户采用不同的营销策略。

Abstract: | ABC method is accepted in a huge range of tields such as in society and economics. Due to the radical changes in economic system, power enterprises faces with ferocious competition nowadays. This leads an emphasis on power marketing. The paper discusses the application of ABC method in power marketing firstly, then proposes the tactics of marketing based on the classify customers by contribution of market proportion and profit. |
