| 摘 要： | 首先分析了电子废弃物回收和处理的现状。然后指出了电子废弃物回收和处理存在的主要问题,如回收渠道结构不合理、拆解造成严重的环境和健康问题等。最后提出了一些电子废弃物回收和处理策略,如完善电子废弃物有关政策法规、规范电子废弃物回收处理行为、建立电子废弃物生产者责任延伸制等。

| Abstract: | In this paper,firstly,the status quo of e-waste recycling and treatment was analyzed.Then the main problems of e-waste recycling and treatment were pointed out,such as the structure of E-waste recycling channel was irrational,dismantling caused serious environmental and health problems.At last,some strategies of e-waste recycling and treatment were presented,such as to strengthen policies and regulations,regulate e-waste recycling behavior,establish extended producer responsibility system. |
