| 摘 要： | 塑件翘曲指的是注塑产品出现扭曲或者弯曲现象,实际形状与设计型腔的形状产生偏差,令产品的尺寸精度下降,直接影响产品的可装配性,是注塑件的常见缺陷。因为该产品质量问题成因复杂,常常引发产品设计师、模具设计师和成型师三者之间的协调矛盾。准确分析问题的主要成因有助于提出有效的解决办法。

| Abstract: | Injection parts warping means to twisting or bending of injection parts,real shape deviation from desiged shape,lead to decreasing of production’dimension precision,direct impact on production’s assembling ability,is a normal defect of injection parts.Because the complex origin of this problem,it often caused confliction among product designer,mold designer and shaping designer.Analysis on this problem can provide effective solutions. |
