| 摘 要： | 我国电子商务刚刚起步,应根据我国电子商务发展的现状,结合发达国家的先进经验,对相应的网上交易涉税问题尽早给予解决。电子商务的商品交易方式、支付方式等都与传统的方式有着很大的不同,这就给税收制度带来了挑战。本文将对电子商务所涉及的税收问题作一论述。

| Abstract: | A novel effective transmission method is proposed for establishing a distributed measurement system over long distance.The data transmission and voice transmission are integrated using Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency(DTMF) coding and a user defined transmission protocol.All information is automatically transmitted via telephone lines.Some functions such as searching with human voice guidance,automatic alarming when to exceed limitations are provided.This method is investigated deeplg by designing,analyzing and testing the system.This method is characterized of the sample structure,high security,high response speed and reliability.It can be expanded in other measure and control systems over long distance and is expected to find wide application. |
