刍议广东省建设社会主义新农村的现状

在改革开放的前20多年中,广东省作为全国改革开放的前沿地带,在城乡经济发展和改善人民生活方面取得了可喜的成就,成为全国的示范省之一。但是,当前广东省地区差距、城乡差距、工农差距扩大的态势还没有从根本上改变,农村农业基础设施仍然比较薄弱。东西两翼和粤北山区部分农村仍然处于贫穷落后的状态,农村是落后社区和农民是弱势群体的状况尚未根本改变,摆脱农村特别是边远地区和山区农村贫困方面仍然存在一定的问题。

In the first 20 reform-opening years, Guangdong Province, as the opening frontier areas, the living level and economic of urban and rural area have made gratifying achievements and become one of the country's model provinces. However, the current gap between the Guangdong regions, urban-rural, the industry and agriculture have not fundamentally changed. The mural's agricultural infrastructure remains relatively weak. Some area still being in poverty. Rural is the backward communities, the farmer is the vulnerable groups; the two situation haven't be en changed fundamentally, especially remote areas of mountain rural poverty.
