| 摘 要： | 目前,我国生态环境总体恶化的趋势尚未得到根本扭转,高消耗的增长方式导致生态退化。应按照科学发展观发展我国的循环经济,建立绿色国民经济核算体系,加速环保产业建设与管理,全面提高国民素质,促使循环经济得以健康发展。

| Abstract: | At present,the overall trend that worsens of ecological environment of our country has not been turned back at all yet.The growth way of high consumption leads to the ecology degeneration.Should follow the the scientific development view to improve the recycle economy of our country:to establish system of green national economy,strengthen construction and management of environmental protection industry,improve national quality and impel recycle economy can be developed in a healthy way. |
