| 摘 要： | 通过对ＥＲＰ管理思想的介绍,指出为了面向产品“多样化、个体化、系统化和国际化”,企业必须改变传统的“面向生产经营”的管理方式,而转向“面对顾客化生产”,朝向ＥＲＰ管理方式迈进,进行集成化供应链管理。
