| 摘 要： | 冷库是集贸市场设施设备配备中非常重要的设施,但是目前我国很多村镇集贸市场的冷库配置缺少规范,对冷库配置的理论研究也相对较少。本文根据典型村镇集贸市场的特点,从典型村镇集贸市场库址选择、冷库数量与库容选择、冷库保温材料选择及典型村镇集贸市场冷库结构设计等几个方面研究了典型村镇集贸市场冷库配置技术,对村镇集贸市场冷库的配置提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Cold storage is a very important facility in typical bazaars. But the configuration of cold storage in many bazaars is very confusing at present. And also there are few studies on configuration technology of cold storage. In this paper, we discuss how to determine the location of cold storage, the number of cold storage, the capacity, and the insulation materials. At last, this paper designs the structure of cold storage for typical bazaars. It is hoped that this study can provide a theoretical reference to improve the market facilities. |
