研究生教育的国际经验及对我国的启示

对美国的分类有针对性的研究生教育、日本产学研结合的研究生培养以及俄罗斯严谨的研究生教育进行了论述。指出我国的研究生应按学术型与专业型分类,在研究生的招生与培养上应按该两种类别区别对待,学术型研究生的培养应注重学生的选拔与指导,专业型研究生的培养要特别加强学校与企业的联合培养。

The International Experience of Graduate Education and the Related Inspirations

Expounded the classified and targeted graduate education of the U.S.,the production-learning-research combined graduate cultivation of Japan and the rigorous Russian graduate education,this paper points out that the Chinese graduates should be divided into academic module and professional module;the enrollment and cultivation of these two categories should be treated differently also;and for the cultivation of professional graduates,we should focus on the selection and guidance of students;for professional graduates,the co-culture between schools and enterprises should be strengthened especially.
