| 摘 要： | 已形成的竞争优势并非一成不变，而是处于动态的演进过程中。文章对竞争优势的动态演进路径进行了系统研究，并探讨了转型期企业的应对策略。主要结论是：在产业转型、超级和动态竞争以及越来越不确定的动态环境下，由于竞争空间变化、竞争模仿、创新替代及路径依赖等多方面原因，单项竞争优势难以持续。处于转型期的我国本土企业必须采取以“创新突破”为主的应对策略，以实现竞争优势的动态更新。

| Abstract: | The competitive advantage evolves through time. This paper makes an systematic analysis on the dynamic evolution of competitive advantages, and probes the countermeasures for it. The results are: in today's industry transformation, hypercompetitive and increasingly uncertain environment, competitive advantage cannot be sustainable because the enlargement of competitive space, imitation, substitution and path dependence.
