The realities and causes of the poor Credits of Enterprises and the Countermeasures

Many enterprises of Jiaxing have employed various means to avoid paying back the loans.This has resulted from the inappropriate interference from the government,the inefficient management of the banking instituions and the application of imperfect laws and regulations.In this paper it has been pointed out that measures should be taken to guarantee the rights of banking creditors.It ha also been suggested that the basiclevel government should play an active role in helping the enterprises clear off the debts,that the administration of the banking institutions should be facilitated,and that the legal system should be strengthened to safeguard the creditors' rights.
