| 摘 要： | 西南地区加快发展创业风险投资具有重要的战略意义。建立西南地区创业风险投资环境评价模型,并进行了实证分析。针对西南地区创业风险投资环境评价指数的薄弱环节,提出了拓宽"进入渠道"、"退出通道"等五大发展策略,以期为西南地区各级党委和政府在加快创业风险投资进程决策时提供参考。

| Abstract: | Speed up the development of venture risk investment has important strategic significance to Southwest.Establish and empirical analysis an evaluation model of venture risk investment environment on southwest.Aim to strengthen a weak link of the Southwest's risk investment environment evaluation index,the article proposes five development strategies that includes broaden entrance and exit in order to speed up decision process on the venture risk investment making by the party committees and governments at all levels on southwest and provide the reference. |
