| 摘 要： | 收入分配制度体现社会的公平程度。近年来,我国在完善居民收入分配制度、改善民生方面做了大量卓有成效的工作,较大程度上改善了居民生活水平。本文以陕西省为研究对象,总结了陕西省近年来贯彻国家"改善民生"政策方面的成效,并全面审视目前存在的问题,深入分析问题根源,为不断完善收入分配制度提供意见和建议。
