| 摘 要： | 由于全球劳工形势和企业所有制结构的不利变化以及我国劳动力市场供过于求和供需结构性矛盾等因素的影响,目前我国企业职工享有的权益处于较低水平,企业职工权益保护状况呈现出层次性、差异性和复杂性.强化企业职工权益保护,应构建适应社会主义市场经济本质要求的新型劳动关系,明确劳动者权益保护的基本原则,进一步完善我国的劳动法律体系,健全劳动者权益保护的有效机制,充分发挥政府主导作用和工会、雇主组织的积极作用,平衡劳资双方的力量与权益.
