| 摘 要： | 以上证A股制造业中第一大股东为国有性质的上市公司2006～2011年的数据为基础,分析国有股持股比例与公司绩效之间的线性关系。结果显示,两者之间呈U型曲线关系,表明国有股持股比例在一定区间内,随着政府持股比例增加,政府对公司的干预渐强,公司的市场化程度降低,因而制约了企业的发展;而当国有股处于绝对控股地位后,公司总体业绩将得以提升。

An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship Between State Holding Proportion and Corporate Performance |

| Abstract: | Based on the data of the A shares of China's manufacturing industry,the largest shareholder of state-owned listing corporation from 2006-2011,the paper analyses the linear relation between the state-owned shareholding proportion and the company performance.The results show that the relation between is a U-shaped curve relationship,which shows the state-owned shareholding proportion is within a certain interval.With the increase of state-owned shareholding proportion,interference in corporation and the reduction of the degree of marketization,the enterprise development is restricted;while the state-owned shareholding has absolute controlling,corporation's performance will be on the rise. |
