| 摘 要： | 高校隐性思想政治教育具有隐蔽性、愉悦性、多样性、持久性等特点,在思想政治教育中有着特殊的优势。高校应该更新思想政治教育的理念,建立隐性思想政治教育的制度保障,加强教育者言传身教,优化教育活动,营造良好的教育环境,提高隐性思想政治教育的效果。

| Abstract: | The implicit ideological and political education in university has the characteristics of implicitness,happiness,diversity and persistence etc.,which shares unique superiority in ideological and political education.Universities should renew their ideas of ideological and political education,establish systematic guarantee for it,strengthen educators' teaching by personal examples as well as verbal instructions,optimize educational activities,and create favorable educational environment to promote the effect of ideological and political education. |
