| 摘 要： | 广泛而深入地采用计算机辅助教学（CAI）已成为当前教学方法与教学手段改革的一个基本取向。本文扼要介绍了《现代企业劳动人事管理学》CAI系统的开发与设计思想、系统平台及特点、功能模块构成、数据库设计等，对教学手段现代化的使用与研究进行了探索，同时为经济管理类专业课程CAI课件的开发与使用以及多媒体CAI软件的进一步研究奠定基础。

| Abstract: | It is thc basic trend of current teaching method and means that CAI is widely andused. This article briefly introduces the designing idea, system base and its characteristics, thestructure of function module, DBMS and etc. concerning CAI system of Modern Labor & Personnel Administration, meanwhile, it makes some exploration of the use and research of themodernization of teaching and lays a good foundation for the further developtnent and applica-tion of CAI in some other courses of economics and management. |
