| 摘 要： | 在当前低碳经济发展的背景下,饭店业实现可持续发展,建设节能降耗环保的低碳饭店成为今后发展的必然趋势。以烟台为例,从监管者、建设者和参与者三个方面分别分析了旅游行政管理部门、饭店企业、消费者在低碳饭店建设过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议。
