Rizhao port coal wharf China environment analysis and competitiveness upgrade strategy

In today’s economic globalization era,competitions between ports have been more fierce than ever.Ports no longer enjoy their monopolization.This paper takes the Rizhao Port as an example to analyze the current situation of coal wharves in northern China and attempts to propose six ways to enhance their competence in views of port cultures,port strategies,production managements,sources,facilities and policies.
