| 摘 要： | 第二产业是经济增长的主要推动力之一,第二产业发展的优劣将直接影响到其它产业的发展。在第二产业发展过程中产业内部结构的合理调整至关重要,若产业结构内部调整迟滞或出现结构性失衡将会传导至其它产业,从而影响三次产业结构的优化和升级。本文分析了我国改革开放以来第二产业发展的情况和投资结构所存在的问题,并对这些问题提出了建设性的解决意见,以完善第二产业投资结构,促进第二产业健康发展。

| Abstract: | Secondary industry is the one of power to push economic growth,it development good or bad that will influence other industry development.Internal structure of industry reasonable adjusting is very important in process of secondary industry development,it will transmit other industry if internal structure of secondary industry adjusted late or arisen structure imbalance to concern to optimize and upgrade of the three—industry structure.This article has analyzed secondary industry development and issue of investment structure since 1978,and it take some constructive solution for complete investment structure of secondary industry and promote it sound development. |
