论知识型员工心理契约的构建

摘    要:知识员工普遍具有较强的自主性、渴望实现自我价值、流动欲望强等特点,而且其工作过程难以监督控制,给传统的人力资源管理带来了极大的挑战.合理构建知识员工的心理契约,并在构建之后对心理契约进行有效防范,已成为现代企业人力资源管理部门重要的工作内容.

Abstract:Knowledge workers generally have more autonomy, desire to achieve self--worth, desires, and other mobile features. But it is difficult to supervise and control, to the traditional human resources management has brought great challenges. Construction reasonable knowledge workers in the hearts of the lease, and after it in building effective prevention, has become the modern enterprise human resources management departments important content of the work.
