In recent years,the use of foreign capital in Hunan Province have been expanding continuously,Inward FDI Performance Index and Inward FDI Potential Index were adopted by The United Nations Conference.This method is used to analyze FDI's performance and potential of the 14 cities and prefectures in hunan.By Sort of index size to reflect the relative position of cities and prefectures on the performance and potential of foreign capital,We can objectively describe and evaluate the cities and prefectures of Hunan Province to the use of foreign direct investment,It provides a decision—making basis for Hunan Province to formulate more effective policies and measures on FDI.
